         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>The caring experience with the young university student and the old lady shows the "Establishment of Therapeutic Relationship", with Mrs. Patel as the patient. </p></li><li><p>This therapeutic relationship shows "background knowledge" since the student knows Mrs. Patel is a neighbour, "knowledge of health/illness" since the student knows she uses a walker, and the student shows "Empathy" by spending time with Mrs. Patel and chatting with her. </p><p>(Information based on the image above)</p></li></ul>]]></description>
