Students want a teacher that they feel likes them, someone they trust, and someone who is supportive. Students feel that if they have these qualities in a teacher, that they are more likely to be successful in school.</div>]]></description>

In order to do so, teacher must make sure to keep this teacher-student relationship professional as well as positive. Teachers can tel students enough about their-self without telling students any personal details. Too many personal details can lead students to believe tht their teacher is their friend and not an authority figure which, in turn, can disrupt the management of the classroom.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teacher must be able to communicate effectively with student in order for them to know what they should, or should not, be doing in class. Teachers cannot expect students to just know what they teacher expects from them if it wan't something that was explicitly stated at any time during the year. Because of this, teachers must explicitely state what they expect in the class, preferably more than once, throughout the beginning of the school year and after breaks. It should also be written somewhere around the classroom for students the repeatedly be able to read.</div>]]></description>

Student encouragement is a vital part of student success. If they feel as though they re being discouraged by their teachers, they won't try hard in their classes, and end up disrupting their peer from learning, because if they aren't going to learn, why should anyone else?</div>]]></description>
