Finding Assets Downtown was easy because everything is fast-moving and connected in the city. It's super easy for residents to get to different places and activities. At first, I thought downtown SLC by City Creek was dirty, and there wasn't much to do. After this assignment, I could see that it is a lot cleaner than I thought it was and there was a lot more to do downtown hidden in all of the buildings. There are so many clinics, stores, gyms, and parks close to this area to benefit residents to utilize the area for their lifestyle.

The community is mostly made up of workers who work for the big financial firms downtown and are seen walking to work or getting lunch or coffee with their coworkers.

Transportation

The Trax are a great option for transportation downtown for people coming in and out of the city. The Trax allow people to get where they need to go whether its to work or home, and help the different communities of SLC flow together. They also help reduce traffic downtown, and reduce peoples stress trying to find parking in Salt Lake.
