1.  The things i do when i have enough includes: enjoy being in nature and doing what i think could be weird things for some people like walking barefoot on the ground or hugging a tree. Also, i really like cultural activities, and everything related to astronomy.

2. I enjoy nature i go to Simon Bolivar Park because i live nearby. For cultural activities i go to the Cinemateca. I love the interesting and diferent films to watch there, and i go to the Planetario to see astronomy stuff or another activities that take place there.

3. My social network is small now, just some friends, but for me it's ok. I can go out with them and enjoy the places that i like most.

4. Off course. I can chat on WhatsApp with my friends to do plans for go out, i can do some calls or virtual meetings with my family. I mostly use Instagram to share photos or stories about the special moments or places.

1. I take care of my little brother. I cook the lunch for my family. I'm responsible for the pets in my home. Every week I take care of my aunt, who lives in La Calera, I help her with the chickens, ducks and dogs, I give them her food two times at day.
2. I exercise my citizenship practices at home, when I help my aunt I exercise at her home, in La Calera. And finally I exercise my citizenship ship practices on the internet. I belong a group that shares art and culture content with the purpose to increase the consume of this disciplines that are forgotten by the State, also we create content about the elections and human rights.
3. My social network consists in my family, my classmates and the followers our Instagram page.
4. Is not the base of my social practice, but it is part of it. I share content on Instagram.

- Dance classes with my academy partners

2. I do these activities, (like whit out covid) almost always out of my home, in a mall, in my dance academy, on my college, in a park, etc

My point of view is that the practices do you have are very interesting because the culture are the base of them. I believe the art have a special power for change the context of the people and the dance is an arte you need a constance and dicipline, in adition aprrecciate the others arts like the teater its a form of resistence.

who, where, when
1. I'm runner, so I go out with my team for running. 
I'm volunteer in some environmental volunteers for young people. I'm coordinator in some of them 

2. We run around parks and on sundays we go out to the bikeway.
In the volunteer, we have some activities into schools and universities, but also we go to visit some ecosystems like mountains, wetlands and others.

3. It divides into different types of people. I have some close friends with whom I go out for eat or dance and also we share other activities like running or the volunteer. In the other hand, everyday I talk with some people with whom share activities in common and I plan with them other projects.

4. Yes, I usually use WhatsApp to communicate with people, also I use Facebook and Instagram

2. My athletic part in Bogotá, but also in a gym or in a near field I have from home. The other practices I mainly work them online or at home.
3. It is structured with contacts related to my field (coaches, agents, other players), but also not leaving a side family and friends I have had during my whole life.
4. In a big part yes, but I am always meeting people because of my profession and not necessarily having them in some internet platform. However, my contacts are mostly on LinkedIn. I also manage Instagram, and leave Facebook for more social stuff.
