         <description><![CDATA[<div>-STEM is a unfair way to determine results as not everyone has access to this oppurtunity while some do not know how to utilise this benefit. Others may be inclined in other aspects such as sports and arts. People who are mentally and physically handicaped are also put to a disadvantage. With problems such as autism and ADHD, they will be tossed to the bottom end of any normal job which IS the harsh reality<br><br></div>]]></description>
