I think that in this picture the painter wanted to show how a child chases away evil and thus protects his house and his family. The burning tyre could be bad people or bad friends who have bad influence on the family

The artwork Bomb Hugger shows a young girl hugging a bomb as if it were a toy or a loved one. This is a strong and surprising image because bombs usually cause destruction and death.

To protest against the treatment of detainees at Guantanamo Bay, Banksy placed an inflatable life-sized figure of a Guantanamo prisoner inside the theme park.

The figure was dressed in an orange jumpsuit, with shackles and a black hood—like the detainees at Guantanamo. It was placed near the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad ride, shocking visitors.

The reaction was swift—Disneyland security quickly removed it, but not before it made headlines.

It is one of very few painted canvases by Banksy. He used vibrant colours, and the picture shows a clown being carried off by police officers. The title of the piece suggest he is being carried off because he told a joke twice. This is a humorous commentary about how the punishment does, often, not fit the crime. Related to society in general, but also in a narrower sense related to graffiti and street artists. It shows that Banksy believes there must be more important things the police has to deal with, than artists sharing their work.
