Variance Learning Academy's educational philosophy will be being able to connect with every student no matter where they come from. Teachers need to relate to the students on a deep level. Relating with the students will further their urge to succeed. Every student will succeed no matter who they are or where they come from. Teachers will teach deep, not wide. Teachers will also need to have prior knowledge on their subjects before teaching. Having individual desk grouped together allow student to work together during projects, or when rotating to stations. Individual desks can also be broke up when needed. 

Classroom organization, rules and routines are vital at our school from Pre K to 5th grade. Students will aid in designing what their classroom rules should look like that the beginning of the year. Each day Classroom helpers change. All of our teachers will have either a masters degree or PhD in their subject of learning. Teachers hired without masters degrees will get offered tuition reimbursement for continuing education. 

50% of Teachers hired at our school will be bilingual. 

Teachers must be able to work together with other educators in our building. 

Teachers are required to have extra curricular activities to be able to participate with the students in their activities.

5th grade study abroad for a term as a classroom. 

People from different cultures will come to our school to speak about diversity. It will allow the students to participate in activities done in other cultures and have the opportunity to ask them questions.
