         <description><![CDATA[<div>The CAS booklet states that we have to show some kind of evidence, does this mean it should only be photos or would interviews and videos be appropriate as a form of evidence?<br>- Elang<br><br>Any type of evidence: photos, emails, lesson plans, evidence of research, anything that can contribute to showing your engagement.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The checklist mentions a CAS advisor, Experience supervisor and adult supervisor. Can this please be&nbsp; clarified?<br><br><em>The CAS advisor is either myself, Mr Brown or Mrs Wood. Their role is to ensure you are on track with your CAS experiences and that your reflections are updated regularly and are of good quality.<br><br>The supervisor is the person who looks after you for the actual experience. For example, if you decide to get involved with Taman Bacaan, it will be Ibu Ketut. The supervisor must be an adult, not a member of your family. They must sign a "supervisor form" prior&nbsp; to the start of the activity.</em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It has been said that some universities do not look at CAS as a large factor in accepting people. If we were to apply to one of these universities, wouldn't it be enough to just hit the 7 LO's once?<br><br>It is true that some unis place further emphasis on CAS than others. However, we would want you to hit each LO more than once, or as part of a long term analysis. Stating once that your serve at tennis and that you need to improve it would not be sufficient evidence to support that you've passed the first LO.<br>in any case, you have to remain engaged with CAS at all times - this is a requirement.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>The handbook says that in order to fulfill the activity strand we need to physically do something that promotes a healthy life style, but one example listed is working with the graduation committee, so are there other ways to complete the activity strand without directly participating in sport?</title>

The only way this kind of experience might count as activity is if you are spending considerable time building the stage, installing all the chairs, etc</em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If we were to do a CAS activity, but fail it when we did the action part of it, would it still count as a CAS activity? For example, if we did a mural, and did the necessary steps needed (investigating, preparation and reflecting) but failed in painting the mural (it looks so bad, you had to take it down) would the activity still count?<br><br><br>The activity would still count, as long as your reflection analyses the reasons behind your failure and offers ideas on how this could be fixed in the future.</div>]]></description>
