I think it's my creativity and willingness to take risks and try something new. I like to explore unconventional ways to implement initiatives for a conventional event. So I work w/ my team to explore different mediums to bring something (e.g. House Day) to you, so that it is fresh and engaging. And it's also something fun and exciting for us to implement!

And so I encourage those around me to think of unconventional ideas as well, esp because the last thing I want to do is for my teammates to restrict/limit their ideas because they think it's "too over the top"

Because in y1, I rmb when my seniors approached us as a small group of friends, we were more comfortable and willing to open up. And on top of that, I agree that having the juniors and seniors have some form of common interest would help, because that establishes common ground!!

I would like to provide more feedback channels, where students can suggest ideas for House initiatives. I want to create more awareness of these feedback channels and to make them more accessible, so everybody knows of them and how to access them. For e.g. putting the link in our instagram bio, at the end of House emails, giving it publicity
^^ because I observe that if we don't know that there is such a platform, we would not know how to voice our suggestions/ideas.

I also want to involve students in House initiatives, such as House banner design! By taking your ideas as inspiration for the design and have you decide how some parts of it shld look like (e.g. font, what shade of red, etc) We will then work with what you chose to come up with the final design!
