Without a stomach, digestion would be much worse. The body wouldn't break down carbohydrates, proteins, and fats properly. This is because the stomach strats the process of breaking down proteins and helps mix food with substances that help digest fats. Without stomach, less of these nutrients would be absorbed, leading to health problems from missing important nutrients.

Carbohydrates and fats do not get digested in the stomach so the body absorbing sugar and fatty acids and glycerol would not be a problem if the stomach is not present in the digestive system. However, the body absorbing amino acids would be a problem. The stomach digests proteins using proteases made by the stomach to digest small enough so that the small intestine can futher digest the protein into amino acids that are able to be absorbed into the body. Without the stomach, this wouldn't be possible and the body would not receive amino acids from the protein.

The other food is also digested a little bit here, after about 2 to 3 hours, the food will be transported into the small intestine where fat is mainly digested by the lipases and also broken down by bile, all the other types of food are also digested further here, they are then transported into the large intestines which absorb excess water and waste, the remaining that remains undigested becomes waste that is stored in the rectum and eventually comes out through the anus

The food then moves through the esophagus to the stomach , where it is mixed with acid and pepsin to digest proteins from the chicken and soy.

Next, in the small intestine , enzymes from the pancreas and bile from the liver help break down starch, protein, and fats into glucose , amino acids , fatty acids. These nutrients are then absorbed into the bloodstream. The undigested food goes into the large intestine where water is absorbed. Finally, waste is removed through the rectum and anus. There is carbohydrate, protein, fats, vitamin and minerals from the chicken rice and the soyabean drink.

First, digestion starts in the mouth with the mouth secreting salivary amylase which helps to digest some starch from the rice into simple sugars. The undigested food then travels down the gullet towards the stomach. The stomach has proteases to help digest proteins from the chicken into amino acids in the undigested food. Then, the undigested food heads towards the small intestine while the gallbladder secretes bile produced by the liver which helps break the lipids from the oil into smaller molecules. Then the undigested food goes down to the small intestine where proteases, lipases and carbohydrase is secreted to digest the undigested proteins into amino acids, the undigested carbohydrates into glucose and the undigested lipids into fatty acids and glycerol. Finally, the rest of the undigested food goes into the large intestine where water and minerals are absorbed and the undigested food like the dietary fibers from the vegetables becomes feces stored in the rectum and out the anus.
