         <title>Walk &amp; Talk meetings</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I spend a lot of time in meetings with colleagues and students. When it is possible, I try to invite a walk and talk session rather than a sit down and type kind of session. Of course, this isn't always possible because sometimes we need to look at data on our screens, or the nature of the meeting isn't conducive to everyone walking and talking -- but for one-to-one meetings when we can just talk about progress updates or next steps for a project, walking and talking can be a great way to add a little more movement to our days and reduce sitting time a bit.</div>]]></description>
