         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bureaucracy regulates each of these things through it’s fifteen departments: the Departments of State, Treasury, Interior, Agriculture, Justice, Commerce, Labor, Defense, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Transportation, Energy, Education, Veterans Affairs, and Homeland Security. Each of these are enforced through the executive branch by their state/federal law enforcements.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is an economic policy called the Automatic Stabilizer. Which come from mostly personal and corporate taxes. The government uses these to prevent the negative consequences relating to unexpectedly high growth rates or recessions in the economy. For example, as an individual taxpayer earns higher wages, his additional income may be subjected to higher tax rates based on the current tiered structure. And vise versa.</div>]]></description>
