The most effective way to instill a lifelong sense of caring and responsibility for the natural world is to give young children frequent positive experiences with the world of nature. If the children get engaged in natural environment, they will be more caring and responsible towards nature.(Wilson, R, 2007)

Ladyfinger vegetable looked like a leaf but when you see it with full attention, It is actually a ladyfinger. This experience applies to my early childhood practice that we need to give children full attention, only then we can understand children more and create learning opportunities according to their interests.

I was imagining myself as a bird when i was looking at them. I also wanted to flap my wings and fly and sing. I never realized that birds sing that beautifully. Because it was a quite environment and i was concentrating in listening thats why i could learn more about birds. Reminds me of Dadirri Article, It says if be quiet and listen carefully. We learn better.

It was early morning with lots of quietness and bit of darkness. Grass was bit wet. I felt very cold. Moon looked very beautiful, surrounded by lots of clouds around it, it was actually half but it looked round and bit blurry. From far away, I could hear very low and continuous swooshing sound of the tyres on the road. I could hear birds chirping, tweeting, flapping their wings here and there. I saw tree branching swaying because bird was going inside the branches, flapping its wings making the branches and leaves move. I saw another bird sitting on top of the aerial on the roof of the house. It sang very beautifully and flied away. I could see some of the plants were dying in the pots, may be because of cold weather. I saw ladyfinger plant. Ladyfinger looked like a leaf in the photo but it was actually a ladyfinger. I saw a hole in between the two bricks of the house wall. It was a big hole. some of the bugs can easily make house inside it. I saw there was a lot of dirt on trampoline. I wonder where this dirt came from.
Overall, my experience was very beautiful and refreshing. It was very quiet and i loved the birds chirping and tweeting. My mind got very relaxed I never realized before that birds sing that beautiful. Also moon looked very beautiful, it reminded me of my childhood, me and my sister used to argue, when we used to see moon like this in the early morning. I used to say its morning now, iso t is sun, not moon but my sister used to say no its moon and we used to go and ask our mum what it is actually. It was so funny.

When i was little, i used to see birds outside my house, i used to feed them and copy them with flying, eating, flapping wings and chirping. It was such an exciting thing for me to do.

I think when children play in natural environments. They get all the sensory experiences that is needed for their learning and development. It stimulates their play, development, and learning in a special boundless way. (Moore and Cosco, 2006). Playing in natural environment fosters growth in all of the developmental domains (adaptive, aesthetic, cognitive, communication, sensorimotor, and socioemotional). It relates to the book readings "Children, creative play and natural environment"
