A confusing teaching moment I had done was an attempting to run a group of more than 4 for the first time and wondering how to accommodate and equally give attention to all
A challenge or difficulty I had faced was when I had planned a lesson plan for a group of 3 but I only had one student arrive so I had to quicky improvise my lesson and adjust as necessary.

I used to be more hesitant about making changes or adding things into the lessons or expectations. I was also second guessing my use of strategies because I was not sure how effective my strategies were.
