<title>Lisa bucholz. In my EL classroom I use brain breaks every hour. Even though my students are adults we still take breaks. I have turned off the lights and had them listen to relaxing music and I also play relaxation music quietly in the background during individual work time. Brain breaks are important not only for the students but the teachers as well.</title>
