Tim has worked in Florida public schools since graduating with his masters degree from UCF in December 1993. Tim earned his B.S. degree from FSU in criminology. Tim earned his Educational Leadership certification from FAU. He taught high school VE classes and coached multiple varsity sports before leaving the classroom in 2007 to become ESE Coordinator at Pahokee Middle Senior High in Palm Beach County. Tim went on to an assistant principal position, another seven years as ESE Specialist in St Lucie County.
