As the temperature is rising, government could establish cooling centers in order to avoid dehydration and fainting.

Residents should be educated on the on going issue as they should be aware of what is going on around them. 
It is important for the people to know how to protect themselves during this situation.

They can start using energy efficient applications. Most appliances have stars to show how much energy they use. The ones with the most stars save the most energy. 

They can make systems to control waste disposal. Some types of waste emit greenhouse gases which can majorly contribute to climate change. 

They can also inform the whole organization about climate change and steps to take as an individual to prevent it.

The UNEP have made over 150 proposals for nature-based solutions for climate change in the Climate Action Summit, 2018. 

WMO have made multiple programs to help with climate change. Secondly, make using battery operated or solar cars more favorable to the citizens. Nowadays, only a few people use solar or battery operated cars because they know the disadvantages of these cars.
