The launch of our initiative was a successful event, even though our boss was a little nervous. I assured him that things will be fine, and gladly it was. From my perspective everything was perfect, we sure had some obstacles and drawbacks, for instance, I was supposed to have a live captured on the initiative's profile page, but accidentally I had it on my own profile page 😅

I'v been waiting to celebrate it since I saw one of HCT's teachers two years ago, all dressed up as a local,

and thats what I did, I finally got the opportunity to dress up and be a traditional Emirati woman, I was just missing one thing that I really wanted to try on, on this occasion the "burqa"

I have stored my gold set containing 10 pieces worth 97,000 dirhams in a storage unit called Storage Keys in Sharjah and when I came to collect it, it was gone! ☹️
قمت بتخزين طقم الذهب الخاص بي الذي يحتوي على 10 قطع بقيمة 97000 درهم في وحدة تخزين في الشارقة و عندما جئت لاستلامه، كان قد اختفى

I contacted Sharjah Police at AlSajaa Police Station and did nothing even though the storage is 2 minutes away from their station! 😢
اتصلت بشرطة الشارقة في مركز شرطة الصجعة ولم يحركوا ساكنا رغم أن موقع التخزين على بعد دقيقتين من مركزهم

I contacted the owner of the storage and assured me that he will do everything to get to the bottom of the issue, and I heard nothing back from him! 🥺
قمت بالتواصل بمالك المخزن و أكد لي أنه سيبذل قصارى جهده للوصول إلى جوهر المشكلة، ولم أسمع شيئًا منه

What kind of constitution are we in knowing that no one is willing to aid a local citizen in times of crisis, only when it comes to foreigners the whole ministry will jump to their rescue...

UAE government entities and ministries provide services that they reject when applied for:

1. ministry of community development: applied for social aid, got rejected after sending them a letter explaining my situation, the response from the committee in dubai was "let her strive to improve her own situation" 😔
2. ministry of interior: filed criminal reports, they were all ignore including my stolen gold...
3. ministry of justice: opened a petition requested by ministry of interior and paid for 3 of them, all got rejected and when tried to contact them, no one answers or gives instruction on how to proceed 😢

١. وزارة تنمية المجتمع: تقدمت بطلب للحصول على مساعدة اجتماعية، ورُفضت بعد أن أرسلت لهم رسالة توضح وضعي، وكان رد اللجنة في دبي "تسعى لتحسين وضعها
٢. وزارة الداخلية: قدمت بلاغات جنائية، تم تجاهلها بما في ذلك الذهب المسروق
٣. وزارة العدل: تقدمت بفتح عريضة طلبتها وزارة الداخلية ودفعت مقابل 3 منهم، ورُفضت جميعًا، و عند محاولة التواصل بهم، لا يتم الرد أو اعطاء تعليمات حول كيفية التقديم

Applied for housing service in 2019, they closed both the website and application under the pretext that the program is integrated with ministry of energy and infrastructure. Neither the program nor the ministry's digital services work as it should, how would we follow up with our requests?! 🫤

My end of service took over 2 years to be processed, after submitting multiple complaints, all they had to say was: "We would like to inform you that the end-of-service file request has been rejected, and for this reason, a response to all the acknowledgment questions is required in the end-of-service form" no one gives clear answers on what is missing in the form and after finally speaking to someone, I dont get any follow-ups on my request
استغرقت نهاية خدمتي أكثر من عامين، بعد تقديم شكاوى متعددة أجابوا قائلين: "نود اعلامكم بانه تم رفض طلب ملف نهاية الخدمة والسبب مطلوب الرد على جميع اسئلة الاقرار في استمارة نهاية الخدمة" لا أحد يعطي إجابات واضحة على ما هو مطلوب في الاستمارة و بعد التحدث أخيرًا إلى موظف، لا يتم متابعة طلب نهاية الخدمة

مرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (24) لسنة 2022 في شأن مجهولي النسب

كيف يطبق المرسوم اذا كانت الاسرة الحاضنة "فوق القانون" و تم الاحتضان بطريقة غير رسمية؟؟

المادة (2): أهداف المرسوم

"توفير كافة أوجه الدعم اللازم من الجوانب الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والترفيهية"

"حمايتهم من التعرض للإساءة أو للمعاملة اللاإنسانية أو للإهمال، وتنشئتهم النشأة الاجتماعية السليمة"

لم يتم توفير الدعم اللازم و تم التعرض للإساءة و للمعاملة اللاإنسانية و للإهمال و الطرد مع الدليل

المادة (6): التزامات الجهة المحلية

"تزويد الوزارة بتقارير دورية تشمل المعلومات المتعلقة بأي حالة إهمال أو سوء المعاملة أو عنف يكون قد تعرض لها لدى الأسرة الحاضنة"

"إعداد البرامج اللازمة لتوعية أفراد المجتمع وكل ما يتعلق بحقوقهم"

"توفير الخدمات"

لا ينطبق جميع ما سبق

المادة (10): التزامات الأسرة الحاضنة

"توفير كافة أشكال الرعاية الاجتماعية من التنشئة الأسرية السليمة، وتربيته تربية صالحة، والاهتمام بصحته وتعليمه وحمايته وتنميته في جميع مراحله العمرية"

"المحافظة على أمواله وفق الوصاية الصادرة من المحكمة المختصة"

"الإفصاح عن واقعه الاجتماعي بالتنسيق مع الوزارة أو الجهة المحلية"

لم تتوفر التنشئة السليمة و تم سرقة الاموال و لم يتم الافصاح عن الواقع الاجتماعي مع العلم انه تم السؤال و الاستفسار عن الموضوع

المادة (12): انتهاء فترة الرعاية

"إتمامه سن الرشد"

عند تمام سن الرشد تم الطرد لفظيا بطريقه مباشره و غير مباشره
عند الاستقلالية، كيف يتم ذلك؟ ما هي الاجراءات اللازمة؟ و ما اوجه الدعم المتوفرة؟

المادة (15): الوصاية أو القوامة

"للمحكمة المختصة، بناءً على طلب الوزارة أو الجهة المحلية، منح الوصاية أو القوامة"

لا يوجد اي مستندات او سجلات لاثبات الوصاية أو القوامة

المادة (17): النفقة

"فإذا لم يوجد ولم يتبرع أحد بالإنفاق عليه كانت نفقته على الدولة"

تم تقديم طلب مساعدة اجتماعية من وزارة تنمية المجتمع و تم الرفض

المادة (19) الباحث الاجتماعي المختص

"المتابعة من خلال زيارة الأسرة الحاضنة و الاطلاع على أحواله"

لا يوجد باحث الاجتماعي للمتابعة والاطلاع على الأحوال

المادة (20): إنشاء السجل الإلكتروني

"يُنشأ في الوزارة سجل إلكتروني تقيد فيه كافة البيانات والمعلومات والإحصائيات الخاصة وما يطرأ عليها من تغيير أو تحديث"

"على الجهات المحلية وغيرها من الجهات المعنية ربط ومشاركة البيانات والمعلومات والإحصائيات فيما بينها"

لا يوجد اي اثبات او سجلات في الجهات المحلية وغيرها من الجهات المعنية

even though I specifically explained how the accident happened, I was accused of causing the accident -.- it clearly shows that he stupid local who ran into me, on top of that stupid local came shouting and yelling, on the first day of Eid
على الرغم من شرح وقوع الحادث، تم اتهامي بالتسبب في الحادث و فوق ذلك جاء يصرخ، في أول أيام العيد

even though I told SAAED that the local did not give signals for turning, SAAED replied "it doesnt matter" and even though I have horned continuously, SAAED replied "it cant be heard" -.- above all that SAAED didnt believe me nor let me say what I needed to say, SAAED was defending the local all the time, when the local is the one who lied about me bumping into him
بعد اخبار ساعد أنه لم يعطِ إشارات الانعطاف، قال "إشارات الانعطاف لا تهم" وعلى الرغم من أنني قمت بتحذيره، "قال لا يمكن سماعه" لا يصدقني ولا يسمح لي بقول ما اريده، يدافع عنه و يصدق كذبه

First solo adventure

I was terrified of the idea of traveling alone, I panicked and I cried. I didn't know what to do, I took my share of negativity and it was out of my system, therefore the only thing left is to face my fear so I put on my bravery suit and i started looking for solutions. The funny thing was that the whole experience felt like it wasn't my first time traveling solo and I was so cool about it. I have finally found my calling "Adventure"

It is life saving to have found a company that provides the ingredients of recipes fully prepared

I had to cook for two days as per its expiration date, the experience was fun however, on my second try I confirmed that I don't enjoy cooking, I rather have a ready cooked meal 😋

It is hot, smelly, messy and tiring, on top of that the dishes that needs to be washed afterwards

I don't enjoy the fact that I have to cook based on an expiration date, I would rather cook on the day of my choosing plus have the portion that is suitable for my intake

I did say after high school that I would like to be a housewife, I think I have changed my mind about that 😆
