         <description><![CDATA[<div>Question 1<br>Mother Parkers make a commitment to their employees to provide them with a safe working environment and in return, they help produce quality products.<br><br>For contractors, the "direction" (expectations and standard) are set before they even come on-site.&nbsp; So by the time they arrive, contractors understand the risks, they bring the proper protective equipment that may be required, or they understand what they need from Mother Parker to make the workplace safe for them to work in.&nbsp;<br><br>All of these steps allow Mother Parker to forge the common direction of workplace safety.<br><br>Question 2<br>High employee engagement, continuous reminders that safety is part of their job and building a culture where organisational employees know that they would be heard.          <description><![CDATA[<div>motivation - senior manager said that one of their priorities is to provide a safe workplace to their employees and for instance, set reasonable expectations for contractors before they are employed for projects (direction/goal), employee involvement is where bulk of effort is as production manager has said, "there is a high level of engagement in mothers parkers" where most of the procedures are developed by the employees themselves and the company pays attention to the ideas of the employees and deal and address with issues that are brought to the table. (intensity) reminding everyone about safety is even a daily event which includes times when they hold ongoing safety training, employee involvement in ergonomic risk prevention and workplace safety cues (persistence).<br><br></div>]]></description>
