         <description><![CDATA[<div>Outcome: Educators continually improve their practice by learning from and with others and exploring proven and promising practices that leverage technology to improve student learning. This artifact shows the goals I wanted to reach in this course.<br><br>In class I learned more about how to use the smart board. There was a smart board in my internship last year and we used it every day and throughout the day. There is a smart board in my classroom now but it is only used as a projector screen. I would love to implement more technology in my classroom but I am not sure how realistic it would be. My mentor teacher likes to use the Chrome books are a reward in the classroom and we only really use them as a class when we are doing a research project or somewhat killing time during the day. In my last internship we not only used the smart board every day but we also had computers that students would use during centers for educational games. I would like to use technology for the word clouds, I could see this being a good addition to really any lesson but especially the morning message. I am curious to see how often students use technology when they are at home. I would like to assign homework online but I am not sure how many students have access to technology at home. I am hesitant to have students use the technology as often as I could like because we have had issues in the past with students getting off task and going on websites they should not be on. I am curious as to how we can monitor all of the students when they are on the chrome books if it is set up the way my classroom is set up. </div>]]></description>
