How does the source relate to my topic?
This image represents husband and wife after a fight. When you love someone, it doesn't matter what happens or why, you'll give anyway all of your energies to that person. In a family is like this: everytime that you fight, you always forgive and be forgiven. At least, this is what usually happens between siblings.

How did reading or viewing the source help me to understand my topic better?
Everybody is good helping others when is happy. It's just when a person is angry that you can really see if his/her love is true and deep. In the picture, the guy take care of his wife even if they fought and are angry to each other. Here we have another "love sacrifice": the sacrifice of personal pride, for love.

How did the creator of the picture get these ideas across to the reader or viewer?
The husband, angry and black dressed, cover his wife from the rain with his umbrella. It's like he's saying "I hate you now, but in my heart I love you and I'll take care of you". Family love goes over fighting, goes over anger: family takes care of us even when we are ungrateful or naughty. It's a way to demonstrate love and try to be understood for our weaknesses and for what offend us.

NON-FICTION - "Mother Lifts Car To Save Child - Supernatural Moms Or Just Adrenaline?" article, https://occultcenter.com/2008/02/mother_lifts_car_to_save_child/

How does the source relate to my topic?
The force of love goes over everything, also over physical limits. This is how a mom could save her child doing something dangerous for her health like lifting a car. The love that a mom feels for her baby takes her to the extreme, and this example could be used as a metaphore: do literally everything for her son. And we are all like her in regards to our loved relatives, or at least this is what should be done for a loved family member.

How did reading or viewing the source help me to understand my topic better?
This story is the perfect example of family's love going over every immagination. It makes impossible to negate my topic, too. It made think about the relationship between me and my parents, about how ungrateful I am for the infinite outstanding sacrificesthey made and make for me and my sister. I'd do the same thing for them (let's say that I could try).

How did the creator of the text get these ideas across to the reader or viewer?
The details, the datas, the story of the article attract the reader and compare this mom to a superhero. This makes us thinking about how huge is the effort that love makes us to make. The author suggest an important topic connected to my theme: do all superheroes have superpowers? Yes, for humans is love.

FICTION "The catcher in the rye", by J.D. Salinger

How does the source relate to my topic?
At the end of this book, the ten-years-old little sister Phoebe decided to leave her house to follow her teenager rebel main character brother Holden. He decided to leave without a goal or purpose and look for some luck somewhere else, tired of school and parents. She could not let him doing that, because she loved him and was worried that something bad could happen to the brother. Infinite love between siblings is the connection with my topic.

How did reading or viewing the source help me to understand my topic better?
Phoebe could have just be sad for her brother, but staying in her little bed with her toys. But no, love pushed her to be ready to leave everything, all comodities and comforts to stay with Holden and help him. Of course, a kid cannot know what changing life means, change house and be separated from the parents is something that scares, terrorizes a kid. However, love was stronger that this, too, stronger than a little girl's limit.

How did the creator of the text get these ideas across to the reader or viewer?
In that passage, Phoebe prepared her luggage secretly and presented herself to Holden ready to leave with him. It was like she said "You must be crazy, and I will do this crazy thing with you". Love between siblings makes her do this huge sacrifice for the brother. So, I don't think the author could give us a better idea of infinite love.

How does the source relate to my topic?
Prairie is an adopted girl who desappears for seven year the day of her 21st birthday. When she comes back, she doesn't want to tell her parents what terrible things happened to her, to save them from the sadness of knowing this terrible things. But her parents insist and share this sorrow with her. Sharing sorrow and sadness is part of infinite love.

How did reading or viewing the source help me to understand my topic better?
The sacrifice that Prairie's parents did will make them suffer so much. Parents, even if adoptive, could do everything to make children feel better, even suffer for them. Again, I think about my parents: how many times and in how many different ways did they suffered for me? Love makes us to go over the importance our own happiness.

How did the creator of the text get these ideas across to the reader or viewer?
The story of the disappearance and the mystery around the truth of facts create an incredible anxiety during the TV series. The emotional appeal is very strong and the connection with personal experiences is inevitable. The author underlines the sweetness of Prairie's parents, and shows how they suffer listening her story. But they resist for their little girl, because of the love they feel.
