         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Social engineering</strong> is a has become a large threat in the information security space. This is when hackers use their social skills to trick people into giving them access to credentials or valuable information. This can include baiting, catfishing, pretexting, phishing, scare ware, etc. Organizations can defend against this by just educating their employees to look for certain clues like checking the source, asking for ID, and using good spam filters. They have to understand cyber threats and improve incident response with the X-force Cyber Range in DC. The CISA collaborates with stakeholder through various partnerships like public-private partnerships, government agencies, and international agencies. </p><p><br><strong>The National Cyber Incident Response Plan (NCIRP)</strong> is a key framework developed by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to guide coordination and response efforts during significant cyber incidents affecting critical infrastructure.
