Raising awareness about mental illness and wellbeing because I believed that it is crucial for society to give the attention it deserves. The prevalence of mental health problems in the United Kingdom is one in 6 people (Vita Health Group 2020). Bringing communities together in the local area, I would like to inspire individuals to connect with one another.
Our strategy is to recycle food by collecting it from supermarkets around of our community. Taking advantage of the products by dates before expired that normally supermarkets throw away. We can find products that allows us to prepare different types of food. Encouraging supermarkets to contribute to the sustainability of the environment (Dray 2021).
Our purpose is to develop recipes for affordable, delicious, and tasty way to prepare food. A comfortable and welcoming environment is essential to feeling at home. Our goal is to reach more people living with reduced mobility and other conditions that have difficulties to travel from their homes to the coffee shop. It is crucial for my business to collaborate with existing community organizations and charities to be successful. Looking forward to reach as many people as possible and spread the word about this initiative.

It provides me a sense of what my organization will look like, how it will function, what I can offer, and what directions I should take. It becomes more complicated as more questions and ideas raised to find the right decisions and solution for my organization. Keeping my focus on my business achievements. Working primarily with older and disable people because I am looking for something that could make their lives more enjoyable, helping them to deal with their loneliness in a more positive way. 
According to my research, there are many lonely people as well as people who have mental health issues that is why I would like to elaborate a business idea like that to combated loneliness, as well as the other social trend, food waste.  Food waste is a significant issue in the United Kingdom. Finding a way to recycle food should not be difficult as supermarkets should be concerned about this problem. This is essentially my point of view as I found delightful the idea of being helpful to my community. I think it is possible work together within the community and supermarkets to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for socializing and entertaining.

According to the websites of the Mental Health Foundation and the Campaign to End Loneliness, in any given week in England, one in every six people reports having a common mental health problem and such as anxiety or depression. This then has a huge knock-on effect in physical health, with it being stated that loneliness increases your risk of death by 26%. This is evidently a major issue in our society in according to (Vita Health Group 2020).

Mental and physical health can be enhanced by spending time in natural settings or incorporating natural elements into your daily activities. Going outside and exercising regularly, even if it's just a short stroll, will not only enhance your physical health but also your confidence and self-esteem. Similarly, going on walks with a friend or neighbour might help you make new connections and make sure you don't feel lonely. 

How can we take advantage of the fact that this country does not recycle food waste? Creating a "Coffee Shop" where all are welcome, with the aim of helping to promote recycling and combat loneliness at the same time. A key aspect of this initiative would be to make everyone feel comfortable and get people of all backgrounds together in one place, whether young or old. Furthermore, with the help of the community and supermarkets, we would be able to recycle food with an expiration date that was close to the end of the season. This includes fruits and vegetables as well as many other products, that we could have redistributed from participating supermarkets that we can target to work with, in the area. These things would be used for creating and inspiring creative recipes and ideas for food that was easy to make, tasted delicious, and was very affordable as well. The focus on this sustainable aspect of the project, is something that can engage all individuals and make them feel as if they are having an impact, while also getting out and meeting new people. Additionally, we would offer new hobbies, board games, getting into books, a wine tasting every week, and the opportunity to see lots of friends.

We hope that having a central meeting place within a community can also help people share problems and improve mental wellbeing, by just talking and spending time with others.
