         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social Values：A value system is the combined morals, ethics, standards, preferences, belief systems and world views that define an individual, group or culture.<br>Example：Consumption has become a central pillar of life in industrial lands and is even embedded in social values.<br><br>Social Norms：A norm is a group-held belief about how members should behave in a given context.<br>Example：Our workplace culture, social norms and individual behaviors all play a part.<br><br>Social Institutions：Institutions are "stable, valued, recurring patterns of behavior." As structures or mechanisms of social order, they govern the behaviour of a set of individuals within a given community.<br>Example：This is a lifelong process from birth throughout the lifecycle and should involve all social institutions.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
