 Maybe this role-play is one of my favourites, cause i gave so many information and the conversation was so fluent.
One of the mistakes was when i wanted to explain the different kind of bikes my hotel have. 
Finally when i finishes doing de booking of the bikes i said "would you like more information?". In general the presentation was good, but again my corproral language wasn't polite because my arms were hidden.
In my opinion i don't explain clearly the things i want to say, I mean, I have the phrases i want to say but sometimes i don't know how to say that, because I confuse the words. The conversation was fluent but sometimes i got stucked when I had to explain the ubication of my hostal and services of it.

On this role-play I made a several mistakes when the  woman complained about her room because it wasn't done yet, insted of giving a professional answer explaining what hapenned, I get stucked and I didn't know how to bring that situation.
The other mistake was when i had to explain the problem with the shower. Because instead of saying a clearly answer I was doubting of what I was saying.

This is my first oral presentation, as we can see I'm not confident with myself. You can see that for my entonation, I speek loudly and slow. The most important thing that denounces me, are my arms, cause thay are hidden.

In this presentation i've improved  my corporal lenguage, but i've done some mistakes.
The first of all is that i said "pension" instead of hostel.

But seeing all this videos and presenation i've seen a constant mistake, and it is that all the times that i'm speaking I always say words like "Ummm" or "Aaaa", this thing show me that i'm nervous duraing all this presentations.
With this videos i've learned more how to talk with the people  more polite and more confident.
