         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Workout daily. This would look like participating in PE class and playing school sports. Or joining athletic activities outside of school. This will help keep you in shape. Things that may get in the way is  not having motivation to workout, or not having a lot of time for it..&nbsp;<br><br>2. Get enough sleep. This would look like going to bed at a reasonable time. This is beneficial because it will let you have energy for the next day. Homework and sports could get in the way of this.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Keep a positive outlook on life. Don't be pessimistic and don't get so fixated on the bad things. This will let you become a happier person. Things that could get in the way is it can be hard to find and look at the good things in bad situations. People always tend to solely focus on everything bad about a situation ignoring any positives that may also be there.&nbsp;<br><br>2. Treat people how you would want to be treated. This would look like, being respectful and kind to everyone. This is beneficial because it will help you avoid stressful situations and maintain healthy relationships. If someone treats you badly its hard to always be the bigger person.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Try more engaging activities.&nbsp;This would look like things such as reading books, magazines, etc or playing games such as puzzles and board games. This will benefit you by keeping you thinking and using your brain power. Things that could get in the way are social media, television, etc.<br><br>2. Challenge yourself, don't always take the easy way. This would look taking more honors classes, doing the extra credit in class, generally things that you are capable of doing but require you to put in more work. This is beneficial because it will improve different skills based on what you're doing. Things that might get in the way are when one is given options where one is easier than the other it's more likely that you will pick the easier way.</div>]]></description>
