In TOEFL writing part one, I have to read a narration and listen to a lecture. Last, I compare the different stances and write an article.

The subject is about the environment.

Asian carp was immigrated to the southern US and it moved to the north, which caused some problems that five states adjoin the Great Lakes had to decide if they shut the locks.

For me, the hardest part is listening. I have a hard time grabbing the keywords. In order to solve it, I would listen twice in the beginning. That can help me understand what the professor wanted to tell. Maybe after two weeks, I will force myself to listen only one time to get used to ways of exam.

The movie inside out 2 is about a thirteen year-old girl who faced the puberty and had some new emotion.

After watching it, I feel touched since it tells a lot of stories which just match my puberty. For example, I could be very overwhelmed if I care too many things about the future. And that would make me stressed.

There are a lot of things happening in the puberty. All the things I need to do is loving every part of myself. It is very important to be who I am. No matter it is good or not, I need to accept every part of myself.

In part two, I need to write an article requested by its question.

For this one, it ask if I could create a new invention, what would I create?

In my opinion, I choose a time flyer. During the busy and exhausting life, I am so eager for being a child again. As a kid, I do not have burden. All I need to do is growing up healthily and happily. That is the one reason I want to create a time flyer.

For me, it is much easier if I have a specific example. Without it, I need to spend a lot of time creating a story. However, I am poor at telling a story. My story always lacks the flow and that makes people hard to trust it. What's worse, I would have a hard time completing a whole story, which makes me have a bad grade. That is to say, I need to associate the question with my experiences. By doing that, it is easier for me to finish an article in time.

The twilight saga tells the story of Bella and Edward, the human and vampire. After Bella moved to the new town, she met the mystery Cullen family. They are all attracting and gorgeous. Among them, Edward caught Bella's eyes. She was interested in him. However, in the biology class, Edward was disgusted after seeing Bella. He tried to stay away from Bella as far as possible. This made her confused. Another day, in the parking lot, Bella was almost hit by a van. Luckily, Edward saved her through stopping the van by pushing it away. This was shocking to Bella. After that, Bella tried hard to find what Edward is.

For me, I can roughly read a novel written in English. Nonetheless, some parts are still difficult for me to understand. For example, it is tough for me to understand some words about sounds. Sometime, I would search the meaning. Or I just ignore tough words since I still can understand what the sentence is about.

The story is about the human, vampire, and witch. Elena, a human, backed to the school after her parents died. There were also brothers came back to the town, Stephen and Damon, actually vampires. However, there were some mystery cases happening in this town. Some people were killed with their blood-draining bodies. After a few days being with Stephen and Damon, Elena saw a photo and found that their appearance did not change within decades. She felt scared and started to suspect these brothers. In fact, Elena was right. Stephen and Damon were vampires. However, different from Damon, Stephen did not drink human blood. Although Elena did not spread their information, there were still mystery fatal cases happening in this town.

I think the most difficult part to watch this drama is completely understanding what characters say. I can roughly understand their conversation. But, if characters speak too fast or they have some accents, it would be tough for me to learn what they say.

I believe the best way to solve this problem is to listen more. I need to be in the English environment so that I can improve my listening skills. In order to accomplish this, I would listen to English songs and watch some dramas which are spoken in English. Moreover, I always choose some songs and dramas I like. Since I believe I can learn well when I love the process, I would watch and listen to some funny and interesting songs and TV shows.
