Boxers need around 4000 calories and a lot of energy, I would recommend on average a coffee, very energetic with a coffee with sweet potato and cheese (note: I chose it because I like it a lot but in an amount it has around 500 calories in an amount of 300 grams of potato and 100 grams of cheese) and in an interval of 1 hour a fruit such as a banana and very energetic snacks before training and for lunch and dinner a prepared dish (rice, beans, meat, and a salad)
It's nothing professional but that's what I got.
Ballerinas consume around 3000 calories and need energy in short periods of time they need to recover their energy fruits are good options and for breakfast I think an avocado with water and maybe a slice of wholemeal bread would be good and for the lunch i think a salad of greens and beets with meat, green beans and rice would be good
For dinner a sweet potato salad would be very good.
Due to truck drivers' lack of time I would recommend fruits and vegetables always included in their meals as they should avoid very fatty foods, for breakfast some fruits and a bread and cheese
For lunch, a dish made with just enough vegetables in the right quantities and for dinner, salad and meat and something more caloric with pasta.
I know that others talked a lot about fruits and vegetables, because they give a lot of energy and it's something necessary for them, but for students I would recommend nothing very caloric because they don't need so much on average 2500 calories a day so I would just recommend not eat a lot of pasta and sugar.
