The wife calls her husband “hubby”, which portrays her youthfulness even while she is well into her 80s. Another example being, when they were play fighting with water, leaves and snow.  In addition, the couple also takes part in community activities in which they song and dance as if they were still young.

For example,  whenever the 2 would playfully fight the music would become cheerful and warmhearted. On the contrary, when the Grown children of the couple witnessed their father sick and in bed the music became dull where it would fit the feeling of tragedy.  

There was a bias to the film. The director failed to give cultural context, about their arranged marriage. The director did it on purpose to allow the viewer.  Does this make you reflect on your own life, family, or relationships? after viewing this film it has definitely made me reflect on my life. I live with my grandpa who is 78 years old and I spend a lot of my time with him. I compare him to Kang Kye(the wife) becasue he loves to talk. what is interesting to me is that my grandpa has accepted the fact that life moves fast, sometimes faster than intended. with that, he enjoys every moment with his friends and just as the couple in the film had done.
