         <description><![CDATA[<div>When people are unemployed, they spend less money on goods and services which means less contribution to the economy in terms of taxation. High rate of unemployment leads to exploitation of the state resources  and human resources. High unemployment indicates that the economy is operating below full capacity and is inefficient this will lead to lower output and income. When unemployment is high the inflation rate also increase. During inflationary times goods tend to be more expensive.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
