Panama celebrates Dia de los Muertos in a different way which is mostly praying and placing flowers on the graves of loved ones. Panamanians visit cemeteries to tidy up and decorate the graves of their loved ones.

In Panama, the food that is eaten is pan de Muertos, which is bread. Chicken tamales are eaten on Dia de los Muertos.

Activities are family-centric, and everyone, young and old participates. Food unites the family, and music always accompanies the celebrations. Christmas in Panama is all about family. In Panama, the songs have different words, but the rhythms and tunes are the same.

(I chose two holidays that are celebrated in Panama to research, one in November and one in December.)
