         <description><![CDATA[<div>Because we have to transport our medical supplies we won't be able to have the heavier equipment and wont be able to treat certain injuries or sicknesses for a few years or even ever. We would have to create some advanced hospital on Mars made up of the heavy equipment that we have on Earth that has been specially sent from earth in modified spaceships/rockets.</div>]]></description>
