         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><p><strong>Ingredients:</strong>  </p><p>- 1 Wagyu steak  </p><p>- Salt and black pepper  </p><p>- 1 tbsp cooking oil  </p><p>- 2 tbsp butter  </p><p>- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)  </p><p>- 1 sprig rosemary or thyme  </p><p><strong>Steps:</strong>  </p><p>1. <strong>Prepare the Steak</strong> – Take the Wagyu out of the fridge <strong>30 minutes</strong> before cooking. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.  </p><p>2. <strong>Heat the Pan</strong> – Preheat a pan over <strong>medium-high heat</strong> and add oil.  </p><p>3. <strong>Sear the Steak</strong> – Cook for <strong>1–2 minutes per side</strong> until a golden crust forms.  </p><p>4. <strong>Add Butter &amp; Herbs</strong> – Lower the heat, add butter, garlic, and rosemary, and baste the steak for <strong>1–2 minutes</strong>.  </p><p>5. <strong>Check Doneness</strong> – Use a thermometer: <strong>54–57°C (130–135°F) for medium-rare</strong> (recommended).  </p><p>6. <strong>Rest &amp; Serve</strong> – Let the steak rest for <strong>5–10 minutes</strong>, then slice and enjoy!  </p>]]></description>
