ISSUE 2:
Fiber optic is a cord that enables volumes of data extremely fast and virtually error free, the inside tube in it acts as a mirror allowing pulses of light  to travel along it which carries data, it is not dangerous and quite fragile.

Issue 1=

The benefits of fibre optic cables are that they could transfer large digital data files at the speed of light and could benefit the government by giving hackers for example a shorter time to try to hack or even no time at all
