My energy, my why is human connection… that feeling that you get when working towards a common goal.

In my experience projects start as a result of an identified pain point. However delving deeper to find the ‘why’, the ‘selling points’, the ‘reasons to get people on board’ – the problem is not what it seems or the ‘why’ has been forgotten. As a result, a trend is followed without the analysis of “Will this work for us?”.
