One of the staff in IJ Pharmacy did the fingerprint scanner for me thfirst day. Whenever I enter the work or before and after rest hour I need to do this fingerprint first and note the time in the paper provided. One of the latest innovation to track employee hours is a biometric fingerprint scanner. Because of its ability to use distinctive attributes to identify employees, this is one attendance solution that is here to stay. Dextromethorphan and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to treat cough, stuffy nose, sinus and chest congestion caused by allergies. There are many reasons to record the buyers information so that any problems associated with significant increase in the use and abuse of psycho stimulant drugs, commonly known as amphetamine- type substance. Stock taking or inventory checking is the process of counting, weighing or otherwise calculating all items in stock and recording the results.
The main reasons for doing this are as follows:
• To ensure the accuracy of the stock records.
• To verify the value of stock shown in the balance sheet by physical confirmation and value your
stock in terms of cost and potential sales.
• To detect wastage or pilfering at an early stage and put in place processes to reduce and or
eliminate.
• To reveal any weakness in the system for the supervision and control of stock. i.e. eliminate
over- stocking and /or under-stocking.
The size and number of surpluses and deficiencies revealed by stocktaking will give you a good measure of the efficiency of the storekeeping, control and procedures in general.

This morning I went to Affin Bank to change some amount of money to RM 1 for use in counter. Then, my work colleague Wawa teach me about the payment process which are how to check the price when customer ask, find code and many more things related to counter. In the computer system as for F1 means find code, F2 for quantity, F3 for unit price, F4 for discount, F7 for find members, F6 for find item, F10 for promoter and F12 for payment either for cash or credit. Then, I have been train to do the payment process in the cashier. I found it has been a challenging thing to me as it was my first time doing the cashier work that involve with money and I was super nervous. As the saying goes practice makes perfect I often need to do the work related with it to do better next time.

Today I got morning shift from 9am to 6pm. I have been taught to track the blood glucose level using the blood monitor machine. This is a test to measure the amount of sugar (glucose) in our blood.First and foremost, before we can measure the person should in Before we test blood glucose, we must read and understand the instructions for the meter. In general, we prick a finger with a lancet to get a drop of blood. Then, place the blood on a disposable "test strip" that is inserted in the meter. The test strip contains chemicals that react with glucose. Some meters measure the amount of electricity that passes through the test strip.According to the American Diabetes Association (Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes – 2017. Diabetes Care, January 2017, vol. 40, Supplement 1, S11-S24) the blood glucose levels for an adult without diabetes are below 100 mg/dL before meals and fasting and are less than 140 mg/dL two hours after meals.People with diabetes should consult their doctor or health care provider to set appropriate blood glucose goals. Upon receipt of a delivery, match the received items to the description stated on the accompanying bill of lading, as well as the description on the related purchase order. After we received the items i checked the stock so that it matches the bill provided. Then, i record it in the book provided according to the invoice date, supplier name, supplier PI No and the remarks. In this morning shift after doing the sweeping, moping and all the other cleaning process i started to check the finished items in the rack. Then, me and my other work colleague restocked the items in the rack. Moreover in the evening there is an inspection from the Johor Bahru Pharmacy enforcement division (Bahagian Perkhidmatan Farmasi Johor) to our pharmacy. The inspection on premises dealing with poisons and controlled chemicals are carried out by Drug Enforcement Officers. Inspections are done to ensure that all license holders abide by the Malaysian laws on Poison Act 1952 and Sale of Drug Act 1952. Inspection is carried out on all registered premises including clinics and private hospitals to ensure that all poisons are handled, transacted and labeled properly for the safety of the public. It is also to ensure that the medicines containing poisons are only to be supplied by doctors and pharmacists. Besides that, inspection on unlicensed premises, premises selling traditional medicine, grocery store, stall, night markets, direct sales premises, beauty salons and other related premises are also carried out. This is to ensure that there is no illegal handling or distribution of scheduled poisons in unlicensed premises. Since morning we have been very busy with packing and selling the mask to the customers. I also helped my boss Ms Chang to bring the stock (mask) from the nearest store which is Magic Boo as the demand for the mask was increased due to an illegal chemical dumping took place along the Kim Kim River in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As Pasir Gudang is very near to the this pharmacy everyone were very panicked and started to buy the 3 ply mask and N95 mask. Meanwhile, i also restock some of the finished items in the rack whenever there is no customer coming to the pharmacy.

In This morning shift we received 30 cartons of stocks from warehouse. My task for today is to check the inventory received according to the bill. I need to open each carton, check every single item and record it's expiry date in the bill provided. First, i have to ensure the delivery has come to the right place by matching the details on the Consignment Note to the purchase order. The purchase order should also be used to check that each item matches the description and quantities ordered. Generally, the boxes or cartons will have a description of the item and quantities of its contents. Then,

ensure record the following for each new delivery:

• The date and time goods arrived
• The name of the delivery partner and driver
• Check off quantities and description of goods against purchase order
• Note any discrepancies
• Names of the personnel who performed these checks

Maintaining accurate reports is essential for accurate bookkeeping as well as resolving any disputes that may arise in the future regarding the items or supplier.
If there is no purchase order or record of the order, check with supervisor or purchasing department before rejecting the goods.

Today Ms Nurul give me a task that is to check the price in a system for the stocks we received on 15th March. In the afternoon, me and my other work colleagues need to remove all the old price display in the rack, cut the new price that printed in a paper by Ms Nurul then, display the new price tag in front of the items and arrange neatly in the rack. Most of the time pricing might not be as glamorous as promotion, but it is the most important decision a marketer can make. Synflex. Synflex contains naproxen, which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) used for relieve pain from various conditions such as headache, muscle aches, tendonitis, dental pain, and menstrual cramps. These medicines work by relieving pain and inflammation.
3.Beafemic
This medicine used for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain from various conditions. Today was an busy day since we received 90 cartons of stocks from IQ. So, i have been given the task to check each and every item carefully to make sure the stocks we received tally with the quantity in the bill. Since, we received the bill manually which were in written form we need to make sure everything were according to that bill and i also wrote it's expiry date in that bill for every item. We had been instructed to understand each of these vitamins so that we can prescribe the suitable vitamins for the kids of customers according to their condition. Besides, i helped to do stock take for VitaHealth products. Moreover, i packed the BDC UTF Needles (4mm) from the big box into the small packages.
