In regards to your wireframe, I think it looks well thought out and definitely looks easily navigable; however, because it is lo-fi, it’s difficult to understand certain screens or functions so I would suggest adding annotations. Since the app is suggesting the different methods (which include other apps), will they be connected? And if they were to take a ride on Uber or Lyft, for example, would they be rating the quality of the suggestion or the ride itself on your app? 
I’m not sure if you’ve come across an app called Obi but it might be worth taking a look at because it has a similar concept (however, I don’t use the app so I’m not sure how good it is).

There really isn't anything confusing. Just one question, are you going to be interviewing people and filming it?

I personally feel like when we think of racism, we think of big examples -- laws, workplace, and all that. While those are absolutely terrible, as an Asian woman, I personally feel like it's the little things that gets me the most. For example, bouncers sometimes seems to take extra few seconds with my ID check (compare to my friends)  because I have my Chinese name on my driver's license. (But this is just my personal take on this)

I feel like extreme Sinophobia in new medias is talked about enough.

I also was wondering if you've researched how to make an app easier to navigate for someone who has other issues as well, like arthritis or paresis, or if this is solely for people who use wheelchairs.

Since this is just a lo-fi wireframe, I was wondering if you were considering accessible colors and fonts as you continue to develop the app (if you decide to broaden the scope of accessibility)?  I also suggest a larger photo of the license plate on that page so that it is easier for someone to match in case they're older and are hard of seeing.

I think you can include difficulty levels (in terms of discussion) for each "conversation". For example, talking about family history is low difficulty while "go to therapy" is higher. 
Another resource you can add are short videos families can watch together and have discussion questions with them so either side doesn't feel pressured to start the conversation.
Your wireframe also needs navigation buttons/menus to get between pages!

It's a little hard to imagine what these characters will look like / what your NFTs will actually be (gifs, images, videos) and especially how they'll interact with each other. I'm also unsure of how many you'll be creating. Just one per character? Or multiple per character? Or some with multiple characters? It's also not entirely clear to me what you're trying to say through the clueless character, the indifferent character, and the glamorous character. the artist and environmentalist are two clear views on NFTs and allow you to show two opposite sides of the issue. But I'm not sure what the purpose of the clueless character is, for example. Like how does it contribute to your overall message. It's an abstract question but it's also an abstract project. So I guess just as you're working on it keep thinking about why you're doing this and what you want to get across. I've noticed as the son of immigrants that even though my sister and I might bring up these types of topics, my parents might not take them seriously or just end the conversation quickly, so maybe try and make it accessible to young people but also relatable to parents so that it actually brings them into the conversation. I made a few changes from my sketch. I got rid of the emoji reacts and left the keyword responses so people could share one word about how the music made them feel since a few emojis don't necessarily capture every feeling. The person also has an option to share the song with friends outside of the app as well. There are comments under a song that allow people to share their thoughts and connect with each other under a song (similar to Youtube). 

Then there is the personal profile of the user which shares location and age as well as the tastes based off what the user input about their musical taste and the songs they have right swiped. The songs right swiped could be edited if someone doesn't like a song anymore or made a mistake. 

There is a feed of friends' activities as well which allows a user to see what their friends have liked as well as what they are listening to, this is to offer another thing people can use to start conversations.
