One thing I did to help the American Revolution was that I founded the Ladies of Association. The Ladies of Association raised money, that was over $7,000 and almost $30,000. They raised the money because they were canvassing Philadelphia. They did this because they were offered to do this. 

My race, gender, or social class affects my experience by me getting smallpox, a contagious disease that caused me a fever, vomiting, and skin eruptions. The advantages or disadvantages that I have because of my identity are, being popular, the only reason I am popular is that I wrote a book called “Sentiments of an American woman” I am not treated differently for who I am, I am treated just like most other people. 

To me freedom means, to be free from the bad people who won’t give us freedom when we have the rights to have freedom. How I feel about the future for the colonies is that I feel worried, cause you never know what will happen to them. One of my hopes and fears for life after the war is that I hope that the war will not start again, and I fear that the war will start again. What I see myself going from here is that I will have a happy life with my husband, Governor Joseph Reed.
