This way, Apple products will not have to travel as far and use up lots of bad fuels to arrive to its destination.

When the latest iPhone was released, (iPhone 7), apple had made a change that you could not use the same headphones as previous versions of the iPhone. So you had to buy either a connector or buy seperate bluetooth wireless headphones. I think they should have kept the same headphones, which would have made the iPhone 7 more sustainable.

Apple has recently made a change in their manufacturing, and have eliminated many harmful toxins. Certain products no longer contain products like chlorine, arsenic or elemental bromine. Apples recent phones are now slimmer and smaller because they're using fewer harmful materials. The carbon print of the iPhone 6 and 6s aluminium enclosure is half as much as the last generation.

Apples packaging is becoming smaller, and is making transportation more efficient. The packaging is weighing less and is smaller than previous packaging. Apple is participating in the US sustainability smart way programme to find more efficient ways of transporting their products without releasing gases and air pollution.

Apple has connected 40 megawatts of solar energy to China’s national grid, producing more than enough electricity for all of Apple’s offices and retail stores in China.
