Task - Ask students to navigate water from one side of the desk to the other. No spill
Finished Product - They should come up with some sort of incline, funneling water across the desk. After completing this we can step back and point out how their product looks a lot like a mountain, valley, river, and eventually an ocean, pond, or bay (wherever the water ends up)
