Hi everyone! I am Kristie Arlington and I live in Spokane, Washington. My son just turned 18 and is starting his senior year ❤️. I have a cat named Tigris- most vocal cat I’ve ever known and sometimes the pushiest. My partner was Skeezy in Z-nation.

I enjoy gardening, paddle boarding, interior design, yoga, gymnastics, ballet and running.

I graduated in 2009 from Eastern Washington University with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Child Mental Health Specialist; Circle of Security facilitator, a psychometrist as well as certified in quantitative electroencephalogram.

In terms of reflecting on my experiences at the RLC or E or both, I am aware that I tend to integrate elements of humanistic, psychoanalytic and CBT interventions in daily practice. Then I started thinking back to my twenties- I was really into Jung; the conference reawakened that.

My goal for this term is to get a pulse on the rhythm (i.e. work, family school and self-care) and balance. Then I’ll see about adding more classes 😊.

This will be my second semester and at present I am nursing Covid after the RLE so I’m going to keep this short. I think for incoming students the best advice I can come up with is not to stress, be mindful of sleep quality and diet. Good self care.. Balance..
