Arepas con Queso
Arepas are a Venezuelan food (and a part of Colombia that used to be Venezuelan land) that were first recorded a few hundred years ago. 
Arepas are a kind of corn bun, and the McDonald's ones are stuffed with cheese.

The item is Pain Au Chocolate. It is a french pastry, and a very common breakfast. The US doesn’t have it, because it is not a super popular breakfast here. In China they have Taro Pie (Ingredients: Water, Wheat Flour, Taro Root, Sugar, Palm Oil, Modified Food Starch and additional ingredients.) which isn't available in the U.S. This isn't available in the U.S. because Taro is more prevelant in China. They cater to the types of food Chinese people eat at this McDonald's location while in the U.S. Apple Pie would traditionally replace this.

3. China differs in culture in that it is less concerned than Western culture is about food's nutritional value. McDonald's lessens the strictness of nutritional standards so China can integrate traditional Asian foods into the menu.
