         <title>Continue to listen to them on what they are seeing in their states, obtaining real time circumstances on the problem and providing feedback on any resources/information that might ease the impact.  All my programs understand that there isn’t an overnight fix most just want to be heard and know we are working with them to understand the impact and come up with strategies to help.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This might not be for the liaison survey, but getting data on teacher's transferring to UCS schools or accepting jobs from UCS schools (is that what they are looking for) could be very impactful piece of the story and help get administrators on board if they also know that UCS is a recruitment and retention tool for teachers<br>- UCS is not just for students - but they are for teachers<br>- This data story could be useful for graduating college students who have worked with Special Olympics in college and our committed to start UCS at their prospective schools during the interview process to get a job!</div>]]></description>
