What are some new insights gained?

You just received a text message from given audience (you decide who that is; celebrity, sibling, friend, family member, political leader, etc.) that said that the new official curfew for minors is 9 o clock.

Respond with a text attempting to convince your audience (whoever texted you) that the new curfew is unfair. When responding, consider the the language used (colloquial, formal, casual, emoji-based, etc.), and tone (another good opportunity to practice skills-based grading is to review what tone is) that would best convince them.

Analyze your text message by writing about why you used the language you did, how would it help persuade the audience, why did you refrain from using certain words with your audience in mind.

Next, reflect on how your text message would be different if you were texting someone who is the complete opposite of who you intially texted. Elaborate on your rationale.

Remember that you may use anything for analysis.

For example, if you struggle with the claim, review what makes a strong claim and write multiple introductory paragraphs since this is where the claim is.
