الحقيقة أن الرفع و الشموخ هو رفعة و شموخ للوطن ، فالعلم تعبير عن الوطن أو عن سيادة الوطن .. رمُز وطني برفعه ترتفع روح الانتماء..
أعلام الأمم تعبير عن قوتها و عزّتها ، تنتهي الحروب برفع الأعلام .. فالحرب العالمية الثانية التي انتهت بعد 70 مليون قتيل و ملايين المشردين و آلاف المفقودين انتهت برفع الجندي الأوكراني كوفاليوف علم الاتحاد السوفيتي فوق الرايستاخ الألمانية .. 
ارفعوا الأعلام شمّة عالية .. أنفة الأوطان في أعلامها .. سيادتها في أي مكان ترتفع عليها سواري تلك الأعلام .. حفظ الله الإمارات و كل بلد تنتهج احترام الإنسان و الإنسانية ..
