         <title>I wonder if a refresher on Frontload, Immerse, Debrief and Apply would help with timing. Reminding them that the frontload should only include enough to get them immersed and that the real learning usually happens during debrief and apply (which is why we shouldn&#39;t cut time from these). Maybe this naturally happens during teach backs with feedback? Just a thought. </title>
