For example a 14 year old boy started off high school running 1-2 miles a week if that and as the weeks went on he started running more and more and saw significant improvement in his attitude, mindset, and body. The boy eventually got up to running 15 miles a week and saw amazing results. its not a requirement that you run 15 miles a week but running will help you feel better, act better, and think better. </div>]]></description>
