I've decided to study nursing for many years.
Nobody influenced my decision, because when i was a kid, i was in the hospital and i realized i'd want to be like the nurses who took care of me.
I have decided to become a nurse to help people at times in their lives when they are more fragiles, so that i could give them support in the best way.
It's difficult but gratifying.

It's a phenomenon on the rise since 1999 that affects patients but also healthcare professionals, so it's important to implement specific actions to take care of patients and colleagues.
It's also important to check patients' rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common areas to prevent suicide in the hospital.
Also remove doorknobs, hinges, handles, door locking mechanisms, dropped ceiling structures, shower and other bathroom fixtures, exposed pipes, coat hooks. Nurses run a high risk of suicide, specifically, nurses are four times more likely to commit suicide than the average.

At the beginning of my career I would like to work in a ward of a public hospital in order to learn as much as possible from the different situations that arise.
I would also like to work in the operating room, where I have already performed the internship.
In general I would like to tour different departments in order to learn as much as possible.
Later I would like to take a master's degree in coordination, to be able for example to work in the coordination of organ transplants.
I would like the structure to be organized like the Bambin Gesu, where the necessary material is never lacking to be able to work in the best possible way.
I prefer a public hospital over a private facility or a nursing home, because there is a large number of different departments and I think it is important to have general notions for each area.
