I find this response amazingly detailed and accurate. It tells the story of the book in such wonder and color. Quite similar to the way the author portrayed the characters in "I'll You The Sun". The way she told the story of the books wonder really proved it justice. Lauren Oliver explained the heartfelt story told in the book, and gave us the feeling of wanting to pick up the book and start reading. I agree with the way she told us about the relationship between the twins. They always believed that the world was not big enough for the both of them. They competed for their mothers attention, wanting her to look at their art and tell them what she thought. They were scared that one of them was better than the other which divided them. Yet they feel as only a half of a whole when their not together. They need each other and as the story progresses we see how much. Over all I think Lauren did an amazing job tell their story but there is one thing I disagree on. She said near the end of her review that if she has one complaint it would have to be the the pace the characters fire off their revelations. She thought that it was all at once and a bit fast paced. I believe that the fast past near the end added suspense and gave you a feeling of I need to finish this book to find out what happens. I loved that feeling.

"Did you hear me right?"Yes!" he cries. Now he's laughing wildly and I'm sure he's lost all his buttons until out of his mouth flies, "I thought I sucked! I thought sucked! For so long. I thought it was only Mom seeing them that made them any good." He arches his neck back. "And then.. I realized, it doesn't matter." What doesn't?" I look for anger or hatred in his face, but there's none. It's like the betrayal hasn't registered. He's only elated."(Nelson 350)

The quote that I picked was the most important part of the resolution. This is when Jude finally confesses to Noah that she lied and betrayed him. She scared that he will hate her forever but has to tell him the truth that will free him. Yet he's not mad or angry, at all. All he does is laugh. Jude was confused, thinking that telling her brother the truth would ruin their friendship forever but she got something she did not expect. Noah doesn't care about what she did. All this time Noah thought he sucked at art, that only their mother said he was great. He feels free from now knowing that he didn't get into the art school because he was bad. Jude is dumbfounded why there was no yelling and hatred being said. All this time she's being carrying the guilt of what she had done. She was ready to be hated, ready to finally be free of the guilt that so deeply wounded her brother. She got something completely different. This was the start to molding their relationship back to the way it was before all this started.

Why did I choose a church hall as the picture? I choose it because it holds great value to the story and growth of Jude. After Jude and Noah's mom died, Jude frequently visited a church. Jude become interested in the bible. Sometimes she would just sit in there for hours on end thinking. thinking about what has happened to her family, to her brother and her. Wondering why it ended up this way. It is also the place were she meets Oscar. Oscar showed Jude what love really was and that is was not all make believe

That is where he got a lot of his ideas for his art. It is also the place where Brian and his talked, ran, and much more. Brian was Noah's best friend who he fell in love with. The woods hold the memories of the time they spent together.
