         <description><![CDATA[<div>Marvin Anderson was 18 when convicted of robbery, sodomy, abduction, and rape. The woman was only shown a work I.D. which was the only colored picture to be shown to th victim. A picture of him only stood out to her. He was wrongfully assumed to be the criminal and was found guilty of the crime. He was sentenced to 210 years in prison.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>DNA testing finally cleared his case after 19 years in prison. In 1994, his case had been accepted by the Innocence Project. He won access to DNA testing in 2001. He was proven innocent and was given full pardon in 2002 after it was discovered that the criminal was John Otis Lincoln, who was suspected earlier.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nunnery shot a man in the head, killing him at Las Vegas apartment complex during a robbery he was leading, before leaving he shot him&nbsp; twice more in the head. In court he confessed to two prior murders, a drug dealer and a 15-year old girl pregnant girl. Nunnery told the jury he had no remorse for the killings and if the charges were dropped he would "walk out of here right now, and I'd do the same thing."</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nunnery shot and killed Saul Nunez Saustegui, one of a group of 5 in which Nunnery and three other men demanded money by threatening the men with guns. Victor Ambriz Nunez was unable to get his wallet and began to run. Nunnery and his group bean shooting and killed Saul. He was found guilty after a cell phone led police to one of Nunnery's companions. Police discovered a gun in the apartment which Nunnez resided in. The gun matched the bullets found in Saul's head. He confessed and said he was planning on killing Saul..</div>]]></description>
